• Name, email and phone from quote and contact requests.
• Booking details: dates, destinations, travellers.
• Technical data: IP address, device and cookie identifiers.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

We process data to answer requests, form the tourist product, perform the electronic contract, handle complaints and meet legal duties, on your prior informed consent and on contract performance under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI and Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII. Price and cancellation terms are shown before acceptance.

4. Cookies, sharing and retention

Cookies that collect personal data are used only with your consent, which you may withdraw in browser settings. Data is shared only with travel suppliers and IT providers bound by confidentiality, or with authorities where the law requires, and is kept no longer than the purposes or statutory periods need.

• Access, correction and erasure of your data.
• Withdrawal of consent and restriction of processing.
• Complaint to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

6. Tourism and consumer disputes

Tourism-register status and product terms are disclosed before booking (Закон України «Про туризм» від 15.09.1995 № 324/95-ВР). Claims follow Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР. Consumer disputes: Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII, Державна служба України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів.
