Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation windows

• 15 or more days before the tour start — full refund of the prepayment, less bank charges actually incurred.
• 7–14 days before the tour start — 50% of the tour price is refunded.
• Less than 7 days before the start, or no-show — no refund.

2. Refund eligibility

Approved refunds are returned to the payer's account within 10 business days of confirmation. If the tour is not delivered as described, or is cancelled by us, you receive a full refund or, at your choice, an equivalent replacement tour.

3. Customised and seasonal tours

Individually customised itineraries, non-refundable supplier deposits and peak-season bookings may carry different terms. The applicable terms, total price and refund conditions are always disclosed on the booking page before payment.

4. How to cancel

Email contact@zyntherias.com or call +380 660 197 1079 with your order number. A cancellation takes effect when we confirm receipt in writing.

5. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints are accepted at contact@zyntherias.com and answered within 30 days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhavna sluzhba Ukrainy z pytan bezpechnosti kharchovykh produktiv ta zakhystu spozhyvachiv) under the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection» No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991.
