1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files saved by your browser. They remember your actions and settings between visits. Local storage and measurement pixels are treated the same way in this policy.
2. Cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — session, security and booking-cart cookies; the order form cannot work without them.
- Preferences — remember language, currency and your cookie choice for up to 12 months.
- Analytics — aggregated statistics on pages and tour searches; set only with your consent.
- Advertising measurement — measure campaigns and limit repeated ads; set only with your consent.
3. Consent and legal basis
Non-essential cookies are set only after your prior informed consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Data collected through cookies is processed under Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh» vid 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI. Booking and order data is handled under Zakon Ukrainy «Pro elektronnu komerksiiu» vid 03.09.2015 No. 675-VIII, and advertising under Zakon Ukrainy «Pro reklamu» vid 03.07.1996 No. 270/96-VR.
4. Managing your preferences
You can accept, refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop booking from working. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
5. Third parties
Analytics and advertising providers may act as processors under our instructions and receive no more data than needed. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights and complaints
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contact@zyntherias.com.
