Booking

Send dates and group size; we confirm availability and quote the programme, inclusions and total price; you accept and pay the deposit. Price, steps and cancellation terms appear before acceptance.

Prices and payment

Prices in UAH. Insurance, visas, meals and personal extras are excluded unless listed; no hidden fees after acceptance. Deposit 30%; balance 7 days before departure.

Cancellation and refunds

Free 14+ days before departure; 50% at 13–7 days; 100% at 6 days or less. Refunds within 10 banking days. Our cancellation gives a full refund or a new date.

Complaints and consumer protection

Write to contact@zyntherias.com within 14 days; we reply in 10 business days. Rights follow the Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII; the dispute authority is the Державна служба України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів.

Travel risk

Insurance is excluded unless stated. You are responsible for documents, health rules and punctuality. Schedules may change for weather or venue reasons; weather is not guaranteed.

Personal data and advertising

Data are processed with prior informed consent under the Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI; personal-data cookies need consent. Claims are accurate under the Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.
